A way-maker, coach, mentor, parent & friend. I chose a home-based practice because this home is a Restorative Refueling Station for the families of fellow Warriors for Christ.
My Transformation Haven, a virtual haven for people overwhelmed and weighed down by life. I roll up my sleeves with my clients and we figure out the answer to
"How do I make life manageable and enjoyably sustainable?"
I am an Arizona ESA Vendor/ Tutor. I help overwhelmed, explosive and/or withdrawn 8-21 year olds, and their families, find peace to become intrinsically motivated men and women of action and faith.
I am on a mission to ignite and safeguard the life elevation journey of 120 neurodiverse humans' families each year.
I am a HUGE science nerd.
I am an American Association of Drugless Practitioners Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Lifebook Premium Leader, board tested Paraprofessional, and an inducted member of the National Society of Leadership & Success. Yoga Alliance Certified 200Hr-Yoga Teacher, Certified Y12SR (Yoga 12-Step Recovery) Facilitator, Pound© Fitness Pro, and Certified EFT/ TFT Tapping Practitioner. I am trained in the doTERRA AromaTouch Technique® and Primitive Reflex Integration.
For fun, I love to experience the outdoors, host women's mini-retreats, and participate in volunteer and worship service.
